Adding a Tag
Adding a new tag can be a helpful way to provide additional context for a word or phrase used in digital content, especially within an educational setting. Here are the steps to add a new tag:

Navigate to the tags page: You can access the Tag page by clicking on the Tags option in the menu.

Click the Add New Tag button: Once on the tags page, locate the Add New Tag button and click it. This will open a form where you can input the necessary information.

Add tag information: In the form, you will be prompted to provide the following information:
a. Name: The name of the tag, which should be concise and descriptive.
b. Color: The highlighting color of the tag, which can be chosen from a color palette.
c. Definition: A further explanation of what the word or phrase means, particularly in the context of your school or course.
d. Limit tag to specific Discipline: Checkboxes that allow you to limit the tag's availability to specific disciplines or subjects, if desired. If nothing is checked then the tag is available to all disciplines.

Save your changes: Once all the necessary information has been inputted, click the Save button to create the new tag. The new tag should now be available for use.
