Course alignment navigation
Course alignment is the grid of courses and pathways that shows how the curriculum fits together. There are two related experiences:
- After signing in (Alignment): From the dashboard, open Alignment in the sidebar. This is the full alignment view for your school, including search and navigation as described below.
- Public view (home page): The public site (before login) also shows a read-only alignment experience for your school. Use Public View in the sidebar when you are logged in to open that same public experience in a new context.
Scroll horizontally and vertically
The course alignment is designed to scroll both horizontally and vertically. Use the scroll bars or trackpad to move in any direction to explore the grid.
Search for courses
To find specific courses, use the search function. Type the name of a course or relevant keywords, and the alignment will highlight or filter matching results where supported.
info
Stacked courses: If you see multiple course names in the same cell, they sit at the same "depth" in the map. This often means they are alternatives or electives that share a position. It helps you see options without implying a strict order between them.
