Reset your password

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the login page: You can access the login page by clicking on the Login option in the menu.

  2. Find and click the Reset Password link: On the login page, you will find a link labeled Reset Password. Click on it to start the reset flow.

  3. Enter your work email address: You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.

  4. Check your email for a reset link: A message with a link to set a new password will be sent to your email. Check your inbox and spam folder.

  5. Follow the link to set a new password: You will be taken to a page where you can choose a new password.

  6. Choose a strong password: Use at least 8 characters, including a number and a special character, if your school's policy allows.

  7. Return to the login page: Sign in with your new password.

New users invited to Elevate may receive a set password link for first-time setup rather than a reset link. Use whichever link is in the invitation email. If you have trouble, contact your school's Elevate administrator.
