Stats (admin)
The Stats page is available to administrators only. It provides an at-a-glance picture of how complete and healthy your Elevate data is for the current school.
You will see cards such as:
- Unassigned courses shows courses that are not yet linked to a teacher or are otherwise flagged as unassigned in your workflow.
- Total users shows the overall user count with a breakdown of teachers, department chairs, and administrators.
- Total courses shows how many courses exist and how many appear on the course map, labeled as "mapped" versus "unmapped."
- Submissions shows counts across the approval pipeline, including pending department, pending admin, approved, and rejected states.
- Per-discipline and status breakdowns help you prioritize cleanup before accreditation cycles or reporting windows.
Use Stats alongside Submissions and the Course Map admin view to find gaps such as courses without owners, work stuck in review, or courses not yet placed on the map.
