Edit and Delete a Division

If you need to edit or delete a discipline in the system, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Disciplines page: You can access the Disciplines page by clicking on the Disciplines option in the menu.

2. Locate the discipline you want to edit or delete: On the Disciplines page, you will see a list of all the disciplines in Elevate. Locate the discipline you want to edit or delete.

Editing a Division

Edit a discipline: To edit a discipline, click the green icon under the Actions column. This will open a window where you can make changes to the discipline name, color, image, and philosophy. Once you have made your changes, click the Save button to save your changes.

Deleting a Division

Delete a discipline: To delete a discipline, click the red icon under the Actions column.

If you have assigned any courses to this discipline, you will be prompted to reassign these courses to a new discipline prior to deleting the selected discipline.

After you have reassigned any necessary courses, click the Delete button to permanently remove the discipline from Elevate.
